Description

Neat 1871 revenue stamped paper item.  RN-C1 stamp imprint on an international bill of exchange writen for one pound sterling (with a preprinted denomination), Jay Cooke & Co. to Messrs. Jay Cooke, McCullouch & Co. in London.  Typical corner creasing, file folds and small spindle hole, with various bank markings and British revenue stamp on reverse.
