1970's VINTAGE FANTASY FRIENDS DOCTOR/SURGEON DOLL - 6" Artmark - Korea - RARE

This rare doctor/surgeon troll was made in Korea for the Artmark Company, who was then in Chicago. These were the earliest trolls made, and were made as novelty items. They are made of hollow plastic, but the plastic is quite thick. His blue eyes are plastic, and his hair is red. He is marked
Korea
on the bottom of one foot, but, to my knowledge, there is no other marking.
I
had to put he was made in the Republic of Korea, as that is the only option available. He actually was made before Korea was divided. He is in his original bag, which has old price stickers on it.
The package has a bar code, and bar codes came into use in 1974. He could have very well been made earlier than 1974, but not packaged by the company until then.
He came from a private collector, Suzie Suggs, who has sadly passed away. The troll has been in store for many years. She is the troll in the pictures. All items are stored in a smoke free home.
