Description:
This Powder Filling Machine serves as a good helper in subpackaging all kinds of particles, powder and components. It has adopted automatic microcomputer control system, fully ensuring the high speed and accuracy of filling process. So it is a wonderful device which may suit different personal needs. Perfect for home or commercial use.
Features:
⊕ The whole shell is made up of food-grade stainless steel, durable for a long time use. Easy to open and close with the solid buckles. Data mouth to connect with a sealing machine.
⊕ High-accurate microcomputer control system makes the weighing and filling process scientific and less error. High-power vibrator of the body make the filling material flow smoothly.
⊕ Large hopper allows the filler continuously working efficiently. Made up of stainless steel, food-grade material, with a perfect surface treatment, the hopper is worthy to be used for 100g capacity.
⊕ An infrared inductive head under the outlet is so sensitive that the sensor will be triggered and the material will fall when you put a bag or bottle under it.
⊕ A transparent visible window is to observe the inside working of the machine. 3 bolts(on the bottom of the powder filler) reduce the rate of damage of inner parts during transportation.
Application:
Perfect for flour, milk powder, wall powder, chemical powder, edible powder, coffee powder, seeds, beans, rice granular, herbs, grains, wolfberries, MSG , salt, spices, chemical components, electronic components and hardware components, etc.
How to Use:
1. Remove the three bolts under the machine, which have been marked;
2. Plug the machine into power, turn the switch on the left side of the machine and the control panel will be lightened, and then the machine comes into readiness status;
3. Pour the material that you need to fill into the hopper, and then press the buttons on the control panel to set the packing amount;
4. Choose the working speed according to your items;
5. After you choose the speed, you could press the start button to make the machine work automatically(When the blue light is indicated, which means it start working; when the red light indicated, means stop working);
6. After the filling work is finished, put your hand nearside the infrared sensors of the outlet shoot, and then the material will pour out.
Notes:
★ The machine is best used for powder and particles like rice, tea leaf and farina. Not all kind of powder and particles are applicable, like cement or some other floating up or too light-weight powder. Or the length of some particles is too long, so the filling speed would be affected. If you are not sure whether the machine is suitable for your products or not, please contact us before buying, We can use the material that you want packing do a test first.
★ Under the machine, there are three bolts needed to be removed before using; otherwiae the machine may work badly or even be damaged. The three bolts are marked in the picture below.
