Accordion is hand made and signed Panisnick Bros, Polish ? Rare one of a kind, museum worthy. Very old 1800,s ? 1900,s ? Did tons of research could not find much. Plays but needs some TLC, bellows are in very good condition, no rips , tears or button holes. Missing a few rhinestones Being offered as is with no returns.  My father acquired this at an estate sale in Greenpoint  Bklyn N.Y. about 50 years ago he was an avid collector of unusual musical instruments.
