Capsugel Model Ultra 8, semi automatic, stainless steel, powder capsule filler

Rated from 4,500 to 33,000 capsules per hour - depending on materials, application, size capsule being run and operator dexterity.
Sizes 00 through 5 capsules and standard 2-piece fill and Supro sizes A through E and capable of handling product such as powders, beadlets, granules, flakes with proper change parts.
Equipped with fill ring holder, capsule hopper, slide gate magazine, vacuum rectifier head, clockwise rotation indexing ring, index brake, product hopper, self-contained horizontal hydraulic closing system, oil-less vacuum pump.
Control panel has rotary table, vacuum and hydraulic pump, hopper auger start  push buttons with main machine power switch and power supply ammeter.
Mounted on stainless base frame with height adjustable legs. Includes one set of change parts.
