We upgraded our line for higher output speeds, this is a unique opportunity to own a ~120,000.00 USD machine.  Will require local pickup, highly suggest crating for longer distance travel if not a direct shipment.
Was previously used in cosmetic applications.

A all-in-one machine that can handle between 500 to 2,000 products per hour (according to product fill size) with minimal staff. One person to load the bottles and pack the finished units, and another to place caps for tightening. A very efficient machine anyone can use and setup to start-up a small personal care, cosmetic, skin, e-fill, food, other other liquid food, chemical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical business. Food, for instance, for filling liquid and very dense products (such as sauces, creams), chemical for filling paints, solvents and other chemical products, cosmetics, as well for herbal and pharmaceutical creams, lotions, gel into jars, bottles and /or syringes.
This unit includes both a traditional piston filler and peristaltic, so you can accurately dose small amounts.
Many change parts available, extra rotary wheels, rollers, etc.
Machine Includes:
Inlet rotating table to automatically feed round bottles onto the conveyor
Filling by Piston Pump for your products
Filling by Peristaltic Pump
Manual tip and cap dispensing
Automatic capping, torque application
3-point label dispensing on your products with ultra-sonic sensor (excellent placement consistency and quality)
Side transfer to accumulation table to allow for bottom coding
Machine Details:
All machine parts in direct contact with the product are manufactured stainless steel AISI 316
The “3 points” technology allows the bottles to be hold in between 3 rollers while spinning, which gives a better labeling and smoothing quality of the label on the bottle; with this technology you avoid any risk of bubbles or wrinkles on the applied label
