This is such an elegant vase, so interesting to look at and yet subdued and tasteful in a Japanese way. Toyo has long been known for making beautiful, high quality floral containers. Their designs and colors complement floral arrangements without competing with them, making them very versatile.
You can imagine just about any floral color looking good in this container. White flowers or just an arrangement of interesting leaves would both be stunning contemporary looks.
There are no chips or cracks. The brown matte surface shows some minor signs of wear from previous use. See photos, particularly the next to last one, for that.
The original TOYO foil sticker is still present on the bottom.
