Four Seasons Crewel Embroidery Framed Pictures, VTG, Set of 4

Description

A set of 4 framed scenes representing the 4 seasons:  winter, spring, summer, fall.
These scenes are hand-embroidered in crewel, on a light beige linen.
Each is professionally framed. The back of each is covered in brown paper, has felt 'bumpers' on the bottom corners to prevent marking the wall, and a hanger at the top.  There is also a label on the back of each one, indicating where they were framed:  Marie's ART-eries, Missoula, Montana.  These date from the 1980s.
Each is about 8" high X 6" wide X 1 1/4" deep.
The scenes feature a wooden rail fence, with trees in the background, one tree in the foreground, and birds.  The birds and the appearance of the trees change with each season.
The embroidery is in beautiful condition, with lots of intricate details.  The frames show some wear - please see the photos.
