    Description

    GET SMART!
Five Repro Buttons from the 1960's TV Series
This listing is for FIVE 1.25" pinback buttons; four with quotes from the series "Get Smart" plus one with the color logo of the sinister KAOS!
The series was created by Mel Brooks and Buck Henry, and starred Don Adams, Barbara Feldon, and Edward Platt.
Maxwell Smart is a bumbling secret agent, working with CONTROL to foil KAOS' latest plans for taking over the world. He is so inept that he always makes thingw worse; fortunately, his faithful assistant "99" is there to bail him out.
Would we even HAVE the concept of the cellphone today if we hadn't seen Maxwell Smart talking into his clever shoe-phone?
    I THINK NOT!
    The buttons are:
"Would you believe...?" was usually the lead-in to a preposterous explanation of what had happened.
"Sorry About That, Chief!" after Max completely and utterly destroys something.
"I asked you not to tell me that!" is a perfectly logical complaint.
    "Missed It By
    That
    Much!" after a colossal blunder.
And the hideous vulture of KAOS (which isn't an acronym because it doesn't stand for anything)
Looks equally awesome on your trenchcoat, your ridiculous disguise, or left behind at the worst possible time and place.
Wear them to work and see how giggles - and then keep a sharp eye on them.
