Mac Automation CP1648 Bagfill Shuttle is an Automatic Bagging System used in conjunction with Robotic Pick and Place Systems and/or Sprue Pickers to catch and sort small parts.  This Auto Bagger has 18 Individual 6" Diameter x 11" Tall Clear Cylinders to catch the product.  This system interfaces with your parts delivery system in order to shuttle to the next position once each row is filled.  Each row is mounted on a sliding drawer system to make product remove easy.  It is equipped with an Allen Bradley MicroLogix Control System, and plugs into a standard 120V outlet.

All Items Under 145 Lbs. will Ship Via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS Next Day Air. We take pride in our work and go the extra mile to make sure your items are packaged properly to make it you, not only quickly, but in one piece.
Orders placed before 12:00 P.M. EST in most cases will be shipped the same day. (Unless special packaging or shipping arrangements are requested)
Next Day Air Orders need to be placed before 3:00 P.M. EST to ensure they will be processed in time. Please leave a note on your invoice if Early A.M. delivery is needed. Additional Charges will be applied for Early A.M. Delivery.
We do our best to meet our customers needs. If you need an item shipped after our 3:00 P.M. Deadline, please Contact Us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If requested we can ship items using your UPS Account Number. Please leave a note on your invoice including your account number and Account Zip Code. We will remove and/or refund the shipping charge from your invoice.

All Items weighing over 145 Lbs will require Freight Shipping. We do ship LTL and Full Trailer Loads and can provide a Shipping Quote Prior to Purchase. Please provide the following information in order to get the most accurate rate:

State if the Shipping Location is a Commercial Address or Residential (additional shipping charges may apply for residential delivery)
State if a Liftgate will be Required for Unloading at the Destination (items over 3000 Lbs cannot be unloaded using a liftgate)
Once we receive this information a Shipping Quote will be provided within 24 hours during normal business hours
