She is a Limited Edition #516, Production Limited to the year of 2003.  The Doll is in perfect condition, no odors, Comes in her original box, removed for photos, with both hang tags, tiny Bible, and  Certificate Of Authenticity.This is a precious baby that has a vinyl head, whole arms and whole legs with a cloth body. She has a sweet face with pretty brown stationary eyes and  lashes, and a short brown curly hair, and a Birthday crown.  She is wearing a pretty dress with yellow satin bodist and colorful checked skirt dress, a slip and yellow satin panties, white tights, and  black shoes, and she is holding a plastic realistic looking Birthday cake.
