    Absolutely Adorable All Original Moon Goon Alien Troll Doll Figure
    Rare Vintage ~
    Blue with Yellow Hair & Purple Eyes ~ made in 1964 by L. KHEM
    Up for auction is the VERY RARE
    L. Khem Moon Goon Alien Troll Doll Figure
    . This Troll is in very nice shape with no stains. He stands approximately 3 inches tall and has a blue body with yellow mohair hair. The head has nice facial paint and great big purple eyes.
    He is in excellent condition with very minor staining on the back of his head which is common with these trolls.
    It is marked
    "(C) L. KHEM 1964"
    on the bottom of the right foot and
    "PAT. PEND"
    on the bottom of the left foot
    . This is a great and hard to find troll and is perfect for the collector or for display. Please view all photos as they are an important part of the description.

    They originated in 1960 around the same time as the
    Thomas Dam and Scandia House Troll Dolls.
    The fascination with
    Outer Space
    and what might be found there sparked their creation.
    L. Khem
    marketed a line of space creatures that are now referred to as
    Moon Trolls.
    Some books call them moon monsters, but the correct term is
    Moon Goons
    ! Most have a trade mark molded into the bottoms of their feet.

    on the bottom of the left foot. As you can see in the pictures this little
    Moon Goon
    is clearly marked on the bottoms of his feet! He also has a feature found only on the
    L. Khem trolls
    , which is the molded flap on the back that resembles a peanut shell or a patch of fur. It has no purpose except to indicate the alien outer space origin. He has his Original Mohair and his Original Spiral Eyes! His hair is a Bright Yellow color and his spiral eyes are a Beautiful Purple! The spiral eyes on moon goons are really gorgeous! He stands approximately 3 1/4 inches tall without including the hair and is approximately 6 inches tall with his Original Hair! He is in remarkably
    great condition for his age!
