    Scootles was made for the Classic American Dolls Commemorative Doll Postage Stamp Series.   She is full vinyl and is wearing a patterned blue romper.  Her arms, legss and head move.  She was made by the Middleton Doll Company and is a replication of the rare doll creation of Rose O'Neill. and sculptor Joseph Kallus.  She comes with her certificate and box.  This doll was made specifically for  and after the 1997 U.S.P.S.
