Vintage David T Abercrombie's Camp Tent Waxed Canvas Authentic 1920s? Uber Rare

I am posting this in search of THE serious collector of told camping equipment, who knows he/she will never see another like it.  If I could somehow have you smell the old waxed canvas smell of this tent, the rest of these words would be unnecessary. You know what i mean.   It brings back memories of my youth in the early 1950s, when there were such things still around.  This is an authentic, vintage David T Abercrombie's Camp, 2 man Waxed CanvasTent from the 1920s, I think.  He split from Fitch in 1908 and started again in upscale gentlemen's camping equipment, which is where he started before bringing Fitch onboard, earlier on. This tent is in functionally "perfect' condition, if there is any such thing.  No tears, rips, loose anything to mention, that i have seen.  It comes in a bag, as you can see, but i cannot vouch that it is original.  There are no stakes nor poles with it.  Just the tent itself, which is 48" high, from and back, with the minor sway of the ridge.  You can see the walls in the photos and imagine.  The door netting is like it was new and the zipper works like day one.  Floor is flawless.  I really don't know how it can get any better than this, for something of this age.  Please look closely at the photos, including the one that shows the dimensions of the tent itself.
