She wears a purple felt dress that ties around her waist with a tan rope like cord! The dress snaps closed on the back! She wears a purple felt circular shaped hat on her head that is accented with a purple pompom with sparkly red accents! She holds her natural fiber broom in one hand! She has a protruding tab on the back of her neck! It has been said that people used to pierce the tab, add a string and hang them from their rear view mirrors!
