VTG.JAPANESE BLACK ART-POTTERY VASE ART DECO TOKANABE? 10"

I don't know much about this vase all I know is my mother had it when I was young maybe even before I was born she passed away at the age of 88, research tells me that it's Japanese black pottery possibly Tokanabe and it dates between 1921-1940 you could be getting a real deal?? Or just a black Japanese vase there are no markings on it. I see no visible flaws. Thanks for looking.
